Therapy in San Luis Obispo
Logan Rolle
Associate Therapist
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable being yourself. I take an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based techniques to meet you where you are and support both mind and body. Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be getting in the way of the life you want to live. My hope is to help you build coping skills that feel right for you, reconnect with your strengths, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

Background
Training, experience, and the path that informs Logan's work.
I hold bachelor's degrees in both Medical Biology and Spanish, and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background in medical biology informs my therapeutic approach, allowing me to empower clients by connecting their emotional experiences with underlying biological processes. This holistic perspective helps clients better understand the mind-body connection and enhances their ability to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. I have experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds in various settings, including counseling clinics and behavioral health units. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, client-focused approach to therapy.
