Therapy in San Luis Obispo
Logan Rolle
Associate Therapist
My approach to therapy is integrative, compassionate, and collaborative, centered on your unique strengths and personal growth. In our work together, I create a safe, supportive space where we can explore your challenges and develop lasting change. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reframe negative thought patterns, somatic therapy to help you reconnect with your body and release stored tension, and mindfulness-based techniques to cultivate present-moment awareness and emotional regulation. With a strength-based approach, we’ll focus on building resilience and value of self by tapping into your inherent strengths, empowering you to navigate life’s obstacles. Throughout, I bring compassion into every aspect of our work, offering understanding and support as you heal and grow. This holistic, client-centered approach fosters self-awareness, emotional well-being, and long-term transformation.

Background
Training, experience, and the path that informs Logan's work.
I hold bachelor's degrees in both Medical Biology and Spanish, and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background in medical biology informs my therapeutic approach, allowing me to empower clients by connecting their emotional experiences with underlying biological processes. This holistic perspective helps clients better understand the mind-body connection and enhances their ability to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. I have experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds in various settings, including counseling clinics and behavioral health units. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, client-focused approach to therapy.
