Whether you are a new client getting started with therapy, an existing client with scheduling questions, or a team member needing support, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service and coordination. I manage our scheduling systems, handle client communications, oversee administrative operations, and work behind the scenes on outreach and marketing. My goal is to create a seamless experience for everyone - clients, clinicians, and our team. I believe that strong operations and organization are the foundation that allows our therapists to do their best work.

With a background in child development and administrative support, she has developed strong skills in operations, client coordination, and team management. Ana is passionate about creating efficient, welcoming systems that allow our clinical team to focus on providing excellent care. She oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates scheduling and client communications, and supports both clinical and business functions of the practice.
